The post-holder will work closely with and report to the Operations Manager across the range of activities covered by the post.
  • Deliver engaging upholstery training sessions (beginner to intermediate level)
  • Demonstrate upholstery techniques, including stripping, padding, and covering
  • Support and guide learners through practical projects
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organised workshop environment
  • Assess learner progress and provide constructive feedback
  • Ensure all tools and equipment are used safely and maintained properly
