Homelessness can affect people from all walks of life. At New Start Highland, we are committed to helping those who are homeless, or at risk of homelessness by providing individually tailored housing support.
How we help
Housing support service. Our housing support service is accessible to adults who are homeless, or at risk of being homeless. Our team delivers individually tailored support to specific housing needs and works to enable people to develop the life skills required to manage their tenancy.
One-to-one support. We provide one-to-one support for people to transition from homelessness into permanent accommodation or maintain a tenancy and we retain our perfect score awarded by The Care Inspectorate against National Care Standards.
Training and qualifications. Our training and volunteer placement team also provide a range of tailored training and volunteering opportunities designed to equip people with the skills they need to gain employment. We help people work towards achieving nationally recognised qualifications, helping them to prepare for employment.
