P/T (16 Hours) Volunteer Co-ordinator

New Start Highland is a dynamic and evolving social enterprise which creates opportunities for transformation in people’s lives. New Start Highland offers a range of services including the provision of training for people who want to develop the skills required to enter the workplace.  A wide variety of volunteering opportunities exist throughout the organisation. We currently have vacancies for the following positions:

Volunteer Co-ordinator

In this role you will shape and lead the development of volunteering opportunities and grow a sustainable team of volunteers.  You will recruit, train, develop and support volunteers to contribute to the work of New Start Highland.  You will have strong self-management skills and the ability to foster positive relationships.
