We are an analogue company looking to digitise. The Business & Digital Efficiency Coordinator will play a critical role in enhancing operational performance and optimizing business processes. The Business & Digital Efficiency Co-Ordinator will be an enthusiastic individual with the ability to see how change can improve the way New Start Highland delivers for customers and teams. We are seeking someone with the knowledge and enthusiasm to support our drive towards digital.

The post-holder will work closely with and report to the Head of Operations across the range of activities covered by the post.

The Business & Digital Efficiency Co-Ordinator will work with the Head of Operations, the Leadership Team and the service teams.

  • Completed reviews of principal business support processes.
  • Roll out of Project Planning software across teams as appropriate.
  • Strategies and action plans to deliver improvements.
  • Improvement to operational systems including implementation of changes to existing processes and introduction of new systems and processes as appropriate.
  • Effective communication channels and collaboration mechanisms across teams.
  • Suite of relevant Office 365 tools catalogued for staff teams.
  • Acting within the values and culture of New Start Highland.
  • Analysis and Optimisation: Reviewing operational and administration processes, workflows, and systems to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
  • Tech integration: Identifying opportunities to deploy tech solutions software, and automation tools that can enhance operational efficiency.
  • Data analysis and reporting: gathering and interpreting relevant data to evidence improvements.
  • Training and Change Management: Supporting service managers to implement system improvements.
  • Project management: developing project plans, monitoring progress to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Work with the Head of Operations to identify processes requiring review.
  • Work with service managers to identify areas for improvement in current systems.
  • Work with teams to roll out Project Planning software as required.
  • Develop innovative solutions to improve efficiency in collaboration with service teams.
  • Evaluate the risks and benefits of changes proposed.
  • Prepare reports for Leadership team detailing recommendations together with implementation plans.
  • Work with teams developing new services to design systems to maximise efficiency of delivery.
  • Contribute to maintaining changes implemented.

There are 32 days holiday per year, inclusive of public holidays. There will be an opportunity to participate in a contributory pension scheme.
