Low Cost TransportNew Start offers low cost transport by refurbishing donated bikes and then selling them at modest prices. We hold regular sales of quality refurbished bikes with 28 days parts warranty. Our next Sale is Saturday, 7th August 2010!10 am - 1pm @ the Bikes Workshop (Highland Slaters, Carsegate Road)

We refurbish donated bikes whilst teaching skills in how to build and maintain a bike. 6 day courses are accessible to anyone. Evening Classes will be starting again shortly. Cycling has numerous health benefits and is a very low cost source of transport. Where are we ? Our workshop is located next to Highland Slaters on Carsegate Road. Directions: From Friars' Bridge West roundabout go past Aldi, heading towards Beauly along Telford St. Turn right (3rd exit) at the next roundabout, just before the canal bridge. Take first left at the mini roundabout just after the Co-op. After 300m, take the first left opposite Kia motors. Turn left again immediately and you'll find us 100m down on the right, at the end of the cul de sac.
